Imprint

Imprint is a collaborative senior capstone exhibition & branding project. It focused on critically endangered animals around the world and the issues they face. By providing products, our goal was to raise funds to support foundations fighting the cause for each animal’s plight. Imprint was a conceptual endeavor that was ultimately hypothetical.

The print materials were intended to shock the viewer by demonstrating some of the horrors that these critically endangered species face. By presenting these horrors on human models, we sought to provoke reflection and engagement with Imprint.

The products included bookmarks, pop-sockets, T-shirts, and shoes. All of which ideally would have been made sustainably. The goal was to have products that not only raised awareness but were also functional. We envisioned a limited edition shoe collaboration with a renowned footwear brand. The shoe’s sole would feature imprints of various animals, which inspired the project’s name.
